Headed by Rowan Alexander and Andre Swart, the group specialise in property sales and financing, rentals and landlord services, as well as various ad-hoc property matters. Collectively Rowan and Andre bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their new venture. Andre has been working in the property industry since 2003, in which time he was named top agent at one of the country’s leading real estate agencies for a number of years running. Upon completion of his studies in property management at the University of Cape Town Rowan joined an established and soon became their top agent in the country, selling the most properties in the group.
Together Rowan and Andre have sold in excess of 2500 properties, which translates to some R2 billion in sales. Managing sales partners and sales transactions in large numbers is something they have a proven track record in!
Their approach to business is a complementary one, with skillsets that allow them to do amazing business together; Andre as the flamboyant visionary and Rowan as the rational strategist that ensures everything comes together.
